Botany Medical Centre accepts appointments only.
We offer online bookings through Hotdoc. Simply download the app on your phone and register, and book online with one of our doctors at a time that suits you.
Or alternatively you can ring (02) 9700 1115 for an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP.
Appointments are 6 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Friday is 8am-6pm, Wednesday 8am-5.30pm, Thursday, 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-1pm. We closed on Public Holiday.
Longer consultation times are available, as well as appointments to see one of our friendly nurses for other services, such as immunisations. Please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time in consult.
We also offer an interpreting service. Please inform us prior to your appointment so we can arrange this service for you.
NOTE: Emergency appointments will always be given priority. Complex medical problems and urgent cases may delay the scheduled appointments. In these circumstances your patience is appreciated.

If you are unable to provide your Medicare card or its information, you will incur a practice fee. However, you can seek a partial refund from a Medicare office. Medicare rebates are processed instantly using the easy claim system when you present your physical debit or savings card following the consultation. Alternatively, we can submit the claim to Medicare, which will process the rebate within 24-48 hours. All fees must be settled by cash or card BEFORE your appointment with the doctor. Once the consultation is completed, kindly visit the front desk to obtain the receipt and rebate statement.

New Patient Registration Fee
Effective From 21/09/2022, $50 New Patient Registration Fee Applies For All New Patients.
OSHC And OVHC Holders
Bulk billing only for NIB and CBHS OSHC card holders.
Please note for other OSHC and OVHC provider, you require to pay for the full consultation fee upfront depending on your insurance.
PRIVATE (NON-MEDICARE) GP CONSULTATION FEES
For patients without Medicare or an eligible OSHC/OVHC policy, private GP consultation fees start from:
Mon- Fri: $100 for standard consult, $140 for long consult.
Saturday and Public Holiday: $120 standard consultation and $160 for long consultation
Procedures
Aditional Gap Fees also apply for all procedures, and Implanon insertions.

We do not accept online bookings for procedures. It is essential you call for an appointment so we can allocate the appropriate Doctor and time for your procedure.
Other Fees
- Medical record transfer – For XML and HTML is $40
- Medical record transfer – For PDF is $60
- Medical record transfer – Hard copy 50c per page
Full Practice Fees
